Linkwell Corporation is a leading developer, manufacturer, and marketer of disinfectant healthcare products in China through its 90% owned subsidiary Shanghai Likang Disinfectant High Tech Company ("Likang"). Linkwell Corporation is a U.S. corporation headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida and is publicly traded on the OTC Bulletin Board Exchange under the symbol (LWLL). Likang has been a viable company since 1988, but was formally established in 1993.

Over 95% of Linkwell’s sales are products that it has developed itself and produced in its own factories. Two such products are produced by Shanghai Likang Neirui Pharmaceuticals High-Tech Company (Meirui), an affiliated entity that is controlled by Shanghai Shanhai Group, Likang’s minority 10% shareholder. Most research and development is conducted using the facilities of the Second Military Medical University (SMMU). Likang pays for the use of these facilities on an as needed basis.

Linkwell employs approximately 237 full time employees. Of these, about 70 employees work in production, 9 in research and development, 91 in sales and marketing, 27 in logistics, and the remaining 40 in various management and administration roles. In addition, the Company works with 23 independent sales agents and dealers, and about another 40 part-time or affiliated people. Virtually all employees and affiliates are based in China.
